At FTP, we’re global leaders in Operational Intelligence, empowering businesses to take control of their operations with precision and insight. Based in Australia and Canada, we push the boundaries of what’s possible by delivering cutting-edge IT/OT network services and innovative technologies.
Founded in 2012 as Forces Transitioning Personnel, FTP initially focused on helping former military personnel transition into the mining industry. We quickly became a key source of skilled talent for leading mining companies. Today, known simply as FTP, we’ve evolved to address a critical need in the industry.
Our mission is to elevate organisations to the highest possible levels of operational visibility, performance, transparency, and safety, through the provision of advanced technology and specialised expert services.

Our history
Recognising a gap in efficient data management, we developed IMS (Integrated Monitoring System) to replace cumbersome programs that underutilise data. Leveraging our founders’ expertise, IMS provides superior operational intelligence, boosts productivity, and supports smarter business decisions.
Soon after, we established the Operational Technology Support Centre (OTSC), where our skilled engineers ensure you maximise the benefits of our technology.
Since launching IMS, FTP has expanded into diverse industries, aiming to deploy our cutting-edge technology broadly so businesses everywhere can operate with clear, actionable insights.
