TracBox

Real-time GPS Locations

The TracBox allows tracking of all the assets on your site in real-time. TracBox sends periodic updates to the Integrated Management System (IMS), where you can view all of your assets and their status, no matter where they are.

Sensor Data

Interface your TracBox with a multitude of hardware types. Sense and display readings such as:

  • Current*
  • *TracBox has an 8-channel ADC capable of measuring voltages up to 60vDC. Any sensors will need to have their outputs scaled to this voltage to be read without any extra hardware/sensing circuitry. TracBox can also read 4-20mA outputs, as well as pulse per second outputs. There are currently up to 7 available input/output pins that can be configured to suit almost any sensing application or hardware.

    Mounting Options

    The small form factor of the TracBox allows it to be installed in spaces where traditional GPS tracking/hardware sensor devices can't be installed. TracBox is specially designed to be mounted on the common hardware DIN rail. The unit measures a tiny 70mm x 90mm x 61mm.

    TracBox is fully supported by the IMS platform and will allow users to have access to real-time location and IO data. When used with IMS, all data is published to a JSON http end-point, allowing developers and integrators to efficiently scrape details programmatically for integration with 3rd party systems.

    IoTBox

    Low power IoT mesh sensor data

    The IoTBox allows for low powered sensing, monitoring and GPS tracking of all the assets on your site in real-time. IoTBox will send periodic updates to the Integrated Management System, where you can view, monitor and control all of your on-site generators, pumps, bores, meters and lighting towers in real-time.

    Interface your IoTBox with a multitude of hardware. Sense and display readings such as:

  • Flow Rates - using analog voltage
  • Pressure - using analog voltage
  • Pump/generator state - using external device voltage
  • Temperature – onboard sensor
  • Level - using ultrasonic sensor

    OBDBox

    Real-Time Vehicle Telemetry and Location

    The OBDBox provides the ability to read vehicle telemetry data through the On Board Diagnostic Port II (OBDII) of almost all light and commercial vehicles. The unit also contains an LTE modem and GPS to provide realtime telemetry and tracking through FTP Technologies’ IMS platform.

    The small form factor of the OBDBox allows it to be installed directly into the vehicles OBD port without any special harnesses or wiring. Extension cables and Y cables are available to allow the user to move the OBDBox to a more suitable location if needed.

    Support for Integrators

    IMS allows for 3rd party applications to integrate OBDBox data through the IMS Application Programing Interface (API). Any data that the OBDBox transmits is available through the IMS platform.
